Also I spent a bunch of money today and yesterday on things that I did not need. For example I bought a salad and a chicken today and then a drink and some Ephedra for a grand total of 16 bucks. I should limit spending so that I spend less than a couple of dollars a day.

Took two advil- my knee still hurts like a madman.
