Monitoring any drugs that I take from here on out. Today- four cups of green tea, about 150mg of caffiene. One Nitro2Go pill, 75mg of caffiene and 17mg of Ephedra. Also two pills of Andrafinil. Damn I take a lot of shit to stay awake.

The Ephedra causes heart problems, in some cases. I should use it sparinly.
