New routine is to make a post every morning. It could be about anything. Steal content from blue, from the net, from somewhere. Just make a post. Every morning to spur conversation and keep new activity on the forums. Even if no one responds... just keep making new ones for conversation.

I will add this in to my daily routine, right after the shower before work.

I need to schedule all the contests and interviews now that I have them all lined up and ready to go. That way I can use them all effectively.
