Pretty successful at work so far. It seems that the tranSCORM product has a good potential market. People seem to have a general problem getting things into their LMS systems. I got one demo in the bag, a couple more should follow.

I would liket to be involved with the meeting going on now. The main VC guy is here and in a conference with the CEO CTO and a conference call with a business consultant or two. Real neat stuff.

As far as Eschaton goes I tried to contact Shane Nestler and I sent an email to the Asheron's Call guy and the local business person. Good progress in that department. If Tony never shows up I can continue to work on business stuff moving striaght into the bussines plan. I would also like to get the community stuff up and running, it might require Sean's help though. I think that what needs to be done is a formal specification should be made for the the forum system and then I can give that to Sean and promise him some stock in the company. Ill have to look over the specification.

Then to get some more fan-fiction I should announce a contest with the prize of being able to lead a community if you write a story about one. Also tell them that the player-dev-team will be reviewing them to get them a little press.

A general marketing plan would be ideal. This would involve a list of the tools to use with a timetable about when we will use them. That way marketing is just a matter of checking the schedule and then implementing it. Once marketing goes full scale we should be getting about 1-2 news items a week for 6 months or so. We will need that to establish our initial base of fans.
