This has some legal implicataions, expecially if we want to put it into the official website. Mainly there should be a EULA that covers our ass by making sure that the person who submits work is the owner of that IP, and that said IP is now ours.
The fiction should have a topic.... a new company? The prize could be to become the head of the company you create, a uber-company. That would be a cool way to go. But there may be other things we want fiction about. Maybe there could be a contest for a new type of government. That could be interesting. Or a contest to design a new race- that is pushing it.
The art contest can begin once the ship database is online. That should all happen tonight along with some new screenshots to dish out to IGN. That should be the focus. We could release the IGN interview then make a gallery, but that would not be that great as the Gallery is a way to retain people who visit the site. Also the first ship contest could begin with some concepts for a new ship. Things to be determined are what ship and again, what contract to use.
