Today is a good day.

Lots of things seem to be coming together today, it all started with a strange dream.

I am on a riverboat, in a large river going upstream. Previously in the dream I was floating down the river, maybe swimming, I can't really remeber. Anyways, as I am going up river it turns into a scene from Charley and the Chocolate Factory, where the boatmaster starts getting a little loopy and going faster and faster. I am fall off the boat with my friend, Jenn and we swim to shore and enter a building. Once in there she starts talking on the phone and I look around for a clock. When i find one it makes no sense, the time keeps jumping back and forth. Right before I wake up I overhear Jenn in her conversation. "Yea, it is about ten till"

I wake up and look at my cell phone. Class starts in ten minutes.

For Eschaton I feel again that I am taking part of a large chess game, and now the pieces again are starting to fall into position. While it is to early to tell if my opponent, whatever force that is, is thinking, I know that I have a clear path to check mate. It all revolves around securing a publisher in the Asain region, my plan from the begining, which could become a reality because two, yes two publishers from China have contacted Eschaton interested in it. If I can sign one, even if we get only a little bit of money up front, would lend credability to our company for negotiations with future publishers. ALthough I could not sell world wide rights, no one really likes the Chinese market.

Also I found where the hob-nobs of the gaming community hang out. There are some certain game news sites that, althought they dont have a large following, have some really good writers who tear games to shreds. I feel that if I can win these people over, then they will filter the information out for me.

Well, that all there really was today. Not much action. I did meet my nieghbors last night, some guys from Norway.

Now there is an interesting bunch. The kind that says "lets go to XXXX for a year" and then follow through with it. They can speak English well enough, I am sure they will get better as the year progresses. Talk about chick magnets though! The accents and looks will get them places. I will have to show them around IV as a tour guide :)

I am not sure whether they are cool or not yet, only time and a couple of drinks will unveil that.
