I walked over to the neighbors house today -- three girls and one guy who live directly across from us in our apartment. I noticed them a couple of days ago and were mixed some drinks tonight so I figured what the hell.

Walking over there Jake started to tense up - he came with me - and so I asked him a totally unrelated question. He responded quickly, almost confused even, and then started worrying again about what he was going to say, etc. We got there, knocked on the door and they let us in. We talked to the guy for a while and watched Christina cook some pasta while talking on the phone with her grandmother -- all the while wearing clothes that would give an eighty year old an erection. Jake was a little nervous and is still learning how to chill, which is very important. I was non-chalant and this strategy has worked quite well in the past. You just act completely comfortable, listen to what they have to say and be smooth. It was only recently that I learned how to do this around girls, but I am getting better.

They ended up coming back to the norwegin's house for some drinks and I walked over since they are one apartment down. We talked some more, looked at some pictures from Vegas and then I was out of the conversation so I came back here to my refuge only to discover a 27 question interview from Gamespy sitting in my inbox. It is both a blessing and a large quantity of work, but in the long run it is worth it. The best part about these interviews is that it is challenging for the reporters to come up with good questions and they always come up with soooo many of them. They usually spread it out into 2 parts and then they still want to know more.

I feel really bad about my writing class because I have'nt read hardly anything and yet I think that she likes me enough to give me untis. Strange how it works out, but I think I left a good impression on her. Her, refers to the Lit teacher in CCS who I take "themes and Motifs" with, also known as Robyn Bell. She is a good writing teacher and inspired me to revamp this website and to write everyday about something that interested me. What she excelled at was seeing what we liked to write about -- she would give us a topic and then see how many collective pages she got back. It was like a feed-back loop.

Anyways, marketing for the game is running smooth. There are two things left on the backburner that need to get accomplished ( I say this to myself too much!) -- one is to get the treatment document in order, and two is to get the design document updated.
