Things have not been the same since my Vegas trip... I think I came down with some virus. In fact, I know I came down with something and both Jay and Jake have it too. It makes us a bit tired and we cough a lot. At first I thought it was just some messed up sleep patterns, but no. I think it is more. As I can see from my last couple of posts, I had much more energy then. Although I am just getting back into the 12-9 sleeping pattern with no caffine.

Yesterday was particularly enlightening, I finally got a guy from EA to come and talk to us. He was quite impressed with the technology and was interested in helping us out, possibly even buying us when he starts a new company in a couple of months. While it is was too early to make any speculations like that, it woke me up because I realized that college is going to end soon and that I will then be out in the real world. How this relates to the game company is actually quite interesting.

One concern was that after he saw what we had, he estimated that the project would take an additional 8 engineers, 4 artists, 2 animators 3 designers and a year. Maybe even a year and a half. That was the kicker. Wow, thats a bit more than we anticipated.

Today is super bowl sunday, I could care less. I don't like watching sports per se, although playing them is cool. I just want to watch some of the commercials because the big companies spent many millions of dollars to make them. If they could just put all those commercials on a CD and mail it to me, I might actually buy it.
