Could my moods be swinging this fast?

I just sent out an email and made some decisions to start adressing all of these problems that were plaguing me. Step by step I can nail each one of these things down, its just going to take some expert leadership.

Remember, things slow down because people are tasked with things they do not want to do, know how to do or even like to do at all. They have to do these things and it makes life boring, monotonous, and they long for days when they are tasked with things that they excell in.

Leading people is about exploiting their talents and then keeping them all motivated as progress starts to ensue.
