Good day today.

Today was one of those days where you wake up hours before your alarm goes off, feeling completely refreshed and energetic. It was the exact opposite of how I felt the day before, where I wished I could be back in bed and after working for an hour I said to myself- damn... only one hour? I need a break. Today it was noon before I even looked at a clock.

So my mind is running pretty well today, and my personality is shinning through. I attracted a 28 year old Chriopractor at the bar (after I got them drunk of course) but didn't number close. She is going downtown for the fiesta tonight, maybe I will catch her at the Rocks (if I want to go to such a bar).

Clark is one of my favorite patrons at the Radision. He is a 40 something resturant manager with a slight drinking/drug problem that has hung around for 20 years or so. He has lived all over and has many a good story to tell. It seems like he is extremely attractive here in Santa Barbara, and continually tells stories of debachery downtown. He also has some good ones about Iowa, where he was raised.

Today he gave me a glipse of the thirty something SB lifestyle that I want to participate in. You go to a bar where you know someone, they give you your favorite drink and everything is in your hands. You own a business, have money to spend and money in you savings. This is the current place I want to be, as thirty is when you can just start out here. I am at a serious disadvatage now being a broke college student and entreprenuer. I need to focus on the business, it needs to grow.

And I need to share this with Jake, as the latest string of partying that we have embarked on is soley because we both want to feel good while we are still "young." The thing is, we will feel this way for a while yet to come.
