Just finished "The New Art of the Leader".

A good book, but started out much stronger than it ended. I really enjoyed all of the examples from war history, as generals are by far the most important leaders of history. Perhaps nowadays politcal leaders have more clout, but generals have always lead in life or death situations. If they fail, if they cannot lead, many people will die. Perhaps even entire nations will fall if they cannot win. Its as if everytime your companies profits dropped, workers started to die.

I am a little lethargic this morning as I was up late last night. I'll make myself some green tea to boost my energy levels which are a little down right now. We have a big day here at the company and then I have the bar tonight. Having the bar is going to be pretty low-key as not many people come in on a Sunday. Perhaps a couple people from Del Sole will stop by, but not many people past that.

So yea, big day. Time to take action.

Oh, and two things I need to do quickly on Monday morning. 1- Call a travel agent. 2- Call Tim. 3- start calling/contacting publishers. The plan is to go to Houston, and the time to start enacting the plan is now.
