Racing thoughts....

I should start calculating caloric intake per week rather than per day. It makes almost no sense to think of those kinds of things on a per day baisis, as wieght gain/loss is accomplished through monthly timescales.

Jake and Jay need a serious kick in the ass, but I don't know how to approach it. I need to start having weekly meetings, and we all know it. I need to really put the punch down tomorrow unexpectedly.

1- They need to know that we all know we are doing nothing and that the weeks are just slipping by.
2- Now, more than any other time, we need to be at our most productive level ever. We need a sense of urgency.
3- We need to be completely dedicated to the idea of making a successful game company.
4- If we are not, we need to quit now. No point in moving forward if we are going to go about it half ass.

Once again, I need to lead this company and give it a clear vision. I took away a great deal from my last trip up in San Fransisco, I think one of the more important things was that we all needed a clarity of vision to drive us home. Right now we are lost... we must have a clear vision to get going again and mechanisims in place to make sure that we stay dedicated.

The mechanisms are what I need to provide for the company. That is management.

Leadership is another thing we are lacking, and I have to step in here, no matter what position I hold in the company.

My feelings towards Gnostic Labs lie somewhere in between anger and depression. What the hell are we doing right now besides fucking up possible deals? I can't believe that I let the Rick Bosch email slip off the radar... holy shit. Holly SHIT.

I can fix it off course, but that was a serious breach of integrity and the series of emails that I sent afterwards were simply excuses for what I promised and the reality of the situation was much MUCH different from what I described. That email now has prority over EVERYTHING and I need it by Monday morning at the very, very latest.
