Well things started off on a productive note.

I got the word from my dad on what to do with the cholecalciferol site. The response- learn Frontpage so that I can teach it to him, as he needs to be able to update the site. As I examine frontpage, i'll keep this goal in mind.

I was hoping to launch the site using Barak, so I could also get an idea for his talents down the road. I figure that if we work together on this project, more work could come our way and we could work on the Eschaton site together as well. I want to build a trusting relationship with him, which I have hopefully done. I appologized this morning after I got off the phone with my Dad, as I realized what he wanted which was not a good looking site fast, but the knowledge to make a good looking updatable site at his finger tips. He was impressed with what I had made thus far and confident in my abilities. He took the blame for how the original site looked (like a good leader should). I was impressed with his sincerity.

I feel a new me emerging. I am now fully dedicating my life to learning how to lead people so I can accomplish my dreams. As many important people have pointed out, you can accomplish nothing of significance by yourself. You must always surround yourself with people that are more clever than you. Dale Carnigies (the oil Tycoon) tombstone had one single sentence on it:

"Here lies a man who knew how to enlist the service of better men than himself."

THAT is a line from a leader who respected the people he worked for (recognizing them as more important than himself) and who understood the importance of enlisting people to accomplish goals. At his time, he was many times richer than even Bill Gates is today.
