Pick up the pieces

Wow, what a long weekend. I went out on Saturday night to a wine tasting party- a pretty nice idea from what I could tell. People were dressed a little fancier, cheese was served and lots of wine. I think I tasted 16 different wines during a slow spiral into drunkeness. Upon arriving at home, the rising sun alerted me that the next day had arrived.

I need more stories to tell. I am realizing that social status at parties is a direct correlation to how much someone can tell cool stories that are funny/exciting. I want to be like a stand up comic, with tons of preloaded material. Then I can finally become cool.

And cool is good.
