A plate of fried bull testicles. Is there any risk of mad cow disease? Or mabye mad cow nut disease? All I can say is that I would not like to eat these anymore than once a year. The meat is really grisly and chewy, and not all that plesant of an eating experience. I guess frying them is the only way to mask the horrible taste that is bull nut.
