I was born in Flat Top, West Virginia (population 15) during a blizzard in 1982. Since then I have moved around quite a bit.

I grew up and went to High School in Missoula, Montana. It’s a great place, I promise.

I attended College at the University of California, Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2005. It was a great University, I promise that as well.

I currently reside in Los Angeles and am happily pursuing a career in software sales while maintaining several websites. In addition to this blog, I maintain the website for a non-profit organization, the Vitamin D Counil, as well as my personal project- Diabetic Vitamins.
